ABOUT

Meet Wes
Sulzberger.

“For a decade, the body wasn’t part of the job. It was the job.”

I know peak physical and mental performance at its absolute limits — and what it takes to hold a standard when the pressure never lets up. That’s the ground everything I coach is built on.

THE FIRST DECADE

Sport, at its limits.

The Tour de France & the Vuelta a España

Five UCI World Road Cycling Championships

A key teammate in Cadel Evans’ historic 2009 World Road Race win

Silver, Under-23 World Road Cycling Championships

Bases of residency, Italy, France, Monaco & Andorra

THE SECOND DECADE

Performance under pressure.

Then a decade at Zwift — the American fitness-tech unicorn — leading a team through record growth across APAC at startup pace, while completing my MBA at the University of Queensland.

The calendar never stops. Recovery is a luxury nobody budgets for. That’s where I learned the difference between burning out and breaking through — a system built for both the sprints and the marathons.

Bases Launceston, Tasmania | Melbourne, Victoria | Brisbane, Queensland

Currently based Gold Coast, Australia.

THE STANDARD

The standard existed before the pressure.

Through divorce, remarriage, IVF, four city moves, an MBA and three beautiful kids, I never let the identity drift — not for an event, not for a goal. Because the standard was in place long before the pressure arrived.

I’m telling you this because the work requires it. To rebuild your energy, your output and your physical identity at a deep level takes genuine trust — and that starts with me being honest about who I am and how I got here.

I’m in that window too — getting stronger with age, not weaker.
That’s the path I want to help you find.

The window where health matters most is exactly when most leaders become least active. That’s what I built Rebuilt Leaders around.

WHY I BUILT IT

Why I built Rebuilt Leaders.

I’d been coaching people on their health long before I made it official. It usually starts the same way someone mentions, almost in passing, “I used to swim every morning,” or “I used to run three times a week.” And I ask, as gently as I can: why did you stop?

The “I used to” is still in there. It never left. It just got buried under the career, the calendar and the travel. Then, during my MBA, I found the data that made it a business.

HOW I WORK

This isn’t a program. It’s a standard.

No motivation required

My clients don’t need motivation. They need someone who holds the standard, understands the pressure they’re under, and builds a system that actually fits their life.

Busy is expected

You can be busy — busy is the main reason we’re talking. But you have to be ready. I only work with people genuinely ready to change, not just ready to talk about it.

Not a weight-loss program

Yes my clients do lose weight but the approach isn't a quick challenge, and not for everyone. I audit your entire lifestyle across six phases and build a system that holds its standard on your worst week — not just your best.
